Not adjustable in ankle, too loose
Unfortunately these boots did not meet my expectations. I did get them one size larger so they could hopefully last two seasons, which I've done several times before with other snow boots, but these boots are not adjustable around the ankle, so you can not tighten them. They slide off my kids feet as they walk in the house. Which would mean they would definitely slide off in the snow. I did get an address to ship them back, I suppose for a refund, them email did not state they would refund me, only gave me an address. I ended up not though because the shipping costs were too much. So I'll just save them for a year until they fit my kids feet super snug and maybe they will work for them.
Lesson learned to only purchase items that can be returned back directly to Walmart or will send you a free shipping return label.ConcordNC
