These steel-toed boots are made to last. Featuring genuine leather suede in a rich black color, these work boots are well suited to any heavy duty work. The toes are molded with steel to protect your feet from falling objects, while the thick rubber soles have deep traction and an oil-resistant coating for a no-slip grip. Your ankles will always be supported and comfortable thanks to the tall shaft and padded collar, while the lace-up front features durable nylon laces and top hardware to keep them secure. These men's work boots make the work day go by quickly. Mechanics, construction workers, farmers, and more can enjoy these surprisingly lightweight Brahma boots for years to come.
Great for work
My husband loves these boots. They are the only ones he will buy. He says they are extremely comfortable. The boots are true to size. They provide great support while being on your feet all day. The boots take a lot of beatings as he works in construction and they hold up well. He also likes that they sit higher and provide great support for his ankles.Kbates
Great for price
I've been very impressed with these boots, low price, very comfortable, tough, half the weight of my CAT s/toe boots, they work (probably short-to-medium term)! Should probably only go 4 stars b/c of soft soles but mine are still lasting at about 3 or 4 months now so I gave them 5 stars. As other reviews have said, yes, the soles are made too soft for long term durability, I agree, and they are terrible on snow or ice (super slippery!), but for indoor warehouse concrete or dirt they work great. If you work where there is metal shrapnel (machine shops) like screws & metal shavings on the floors -these soles aren't good for that, they are too soft to resist the metal pieces. However one major benefit of soft soles is that if you work in the cold & on cold floors these boots will help keep your feet warm b/c soft soles don't transfer cold from the cement to your feet like hard rubber soles do. Not sure how long the soles will last but I'm going to buy the same boot in the non-s/toe version just for regular wearing & not work. I would say if your an overweight person, don't buy these boots b/c then the soles won't stand up to it, but if your average or thin weight these boots will serve you better. If they they improve the soles then the price should stay as is, but if they don't upgrade the soles then the price should probably be dropped about 1/3 to 1/4 to be fair.toddanthonyorg
Great for the price
they run big have soft and thin insoles and the soles wear down relatively quickly but other than that the steel toes are very protective the leather construction of the boot feels nice and solid great for kicking random stuff however I would recommend putting in a better insole there slippery in the wet snow and mud however the construction of the boot does fare well against water great if you just need shoes that you don't care about getting dirty or don't mind going out and doing whatever in great for the priceMichael69
