I have had these boots for about 3 years now. I wear them fairly regularly and do a fair bit of walking. I wear them most days in the winter and when its rainy or muddy in the summer.
I really like them. They have good traction with solid rubber soles, which last a good while. The uppers are genuine leather and have held up quite well. Likewise the interior of the boots has held up superbly. There is no part of these boots where the material has worn through.
I also find these boots very comfortable, and i have no complaints about traction in the wet or dry. Furthermore, Iâve worn them while working in all sorts of conditions and they do an exceptional job of keeping your feet dry.
The tread is starting to wear out on mine, but Iâll for sure get another pair. I absolutely recommend them.
I have had to replace the laces, but thats not a big deal.Nightfox
Most comfortable boot I've ever owned
I've had Timberlands most of my life up until 2 years ago. The Timberland on average would only last me a year or so. I bought these Brahma's 2 years ago and finally I needed to buy another pair. Granted the sole cracked after about a 1 1/2 but they're so comfortable It took me another half a year to cave in to get another pair. Actually my wife finally bought me the boots because she got tired of me talking about getting the boots resoled. The leather is still in Great shape but the sole is trashed. It takes about a week or so to break them in but after that you won't regret getting these boots.Harleyman
After three months working on the roofs, as for the money it is no tragedy, comfortable and waterproof.Zerwanygwint
Steel Toe Ice Skates
I previously had a pair of steel toe Brahma shoes. They were comfortable, and they were fairly good with the slip resistance. The only problem was that they didn't even come close to repelling water.
Enter these boots... I've read the reviews of the former version of this boot (apparently now discontinued), and people complained that they didn't repel water. Well, this new version does just fine with that. But that's the ONLY good thing I can say. As soon as I stepped onto the production floor at work, I struggled to stay on my feet. They were a bit less slippery each day I wore them, but after two full weeks, I still have to walk very carefully to keep from falling. This is on both dry and wet floors, and the floors at my work place even uses slip resistant coating to assist the shoes that we wear.
Not only do they have ZERO slip resistance, these boots are also extremely uncomfortable. I've worn steel toe boots/shoes at my job for years. Now, all of the sudden, I have pain in my toes, and I've even developed serious heel pain. Stay away from these boots at all costs!PapaBear66
